Air Gas Filter Cartridge Pharmaceutical Filters Sterile PTFE Pleated Filters
General Description
The PTFE filter cartridge is constructed of natural hydrophobic Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE micro porous membrane as the filter medium. It has naturally hydrophobic and ensures absolute sterilization in dry or wet conditions. Excellent chemical compatibility. It is used for gas filtration up to aseptic, large flux, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, wide chemical applicability, suitable for fermenter, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, compressed air. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of phage, bacteria and microparticles above 0.02um.
Features
Excellent performance of high temperature-resistance, repeat steam ability in situ;
Hydrophobic membrane with high flow;
Low pressure drop, high flow rate, long service life;
100% integrity tested;
Non fiber-releasing;
FDA compliance material;
Applications
Chemical industry: filtration of organic solvents, various alcohols, chemical reagents, etc.
