The housing can be used with PP melt-blown, string wound, pleated, activated carbon and stainless steel filter cartridges.
How many cartridges can be installed?
Common models hold 3 to 30 cartridges. Other quantities can be customized.
How do I select the cartridge quantity?
It mainly depends on the flow rate, filtration accuracy, liquid viscosity, contaminant level and expected cartridge service life.
Can the housing match existing filter cartridges?
Yes. Please provide the cartridge length, outside diameter and end connection. We can check the internal structure and prepare a matching design.
Should I choose SS304 or SS316L?
SS304 is suitable for general water and many industrial liquids. SS316L is more suitable for corrosive liquids, chemicals, food, pharmaceutical and high-purity applications.
Can the inlet and outlet size be customized?
Yes. Flange, thread and sanitary clamp connections are available. The size and direction can be adjusted according to the pipeline.
Can pressure gauges and valves be included?
Yes. Pressure gauges, vent valves, drain valves and differential pressure gauges can be supplied with the housing.
