The V-bank compact air filter is designed for high-efficiency air filtration in HVAC systems, air handling units, cleanrooms and industrial ventilation equipment. The filter uses several mini-pleated media packs arranged in a V-shaped structure inside a rigid frame. This design provides a large filtration area within a relatively small installation depth, making it suitable for systems that require high airflow and better particle removal performance.
Compared with a traditional pocket filter, the compact V-bank filter provides a more rigid structure and a higher filtration area. It is normally used at the medium-to-high efficiency or final filtration stage, depending on the filter media and efficiency grade. In practical applications, it can be installed after a pre-filter to remove fine dust and airborne particles before the air enters production areas, cleanrooms or sensitive equipment.
