Pullner 70-inch high flow filter cartridge features a large-diameter PP pleated structure, high flow capacity, low pressure drop, and adhesive-free thermal welding for seawater desalination, RO pre-filtration, power plants, and industrial water treatment.
The 70 inch high flow filter cartridge is designed for high-flow water filtration applications such as seawater desalination, reverse osmosis RO pre-filtration and industrial water treatment. Its large filtration area and high dirt-holding capacity allow a single cartridge to handle a much higher flow rate than conventional small-diameter filter cartridges, helping reduce the number of cartridges and filter housing size required for large water treatment systems.
The cartridge uses a thermally welded construction without adhesives, providing a stable structure and reducing the risk of additional contamination during water filtration. The pleated filtration design offers a large effective filtration area, low initial pressure drop and longer service life, making it suitable for continuous operation in high-flow systems.
In seawater desalination plants, this high flow filter cartridge is commonly installed before the RO membrane system. Its main purpose is to remove suspended solids, sand, rust, pipe scale and other particles from the feed water before they reach the RO membranes.
