83 Series wet process high flow filter cartridge is specially designed for wet process filtration in FPD, flat panel display, and high-generation line manufacturing.
With a larger filtration area and higher flow rate, this series can meet the filtration demand of process liquids requiring flow rates up to 100 L/min. It is suitable for substrate cleaning, high-pressure water filtration, chemical liquid filtration, and ultra-pure chemical liquid filtration.
The 83 Series is available with multiple filter media options, including PTFE, PES, PP, and PVDF, providing flexible solutions for different chemical compatibility, flow rate, and filtration precision requirements.

The enlarged effective filtration area can reach about 1.45 m² per 10-inch cartridge, providing high flow rate, stable filtration performance, and strong dirt holding capacity.
The cartridge is made of high-purity electronic-grade PP material and manufactured by thermal bonding technology without adhesives. This helps reduce precipitation issues during use and improves product cleanliness.
The larger filtration area and high dirt holding capacity help extend filter service life, reduce replacement frequency, shorten shutdown time, and lower overall operating cost.
Different filter media can be selected according to process requirements, including PP, PES, PTFE, and PVDF. Filtration precision ranges from 0.01 μm to 90 μm, suitable for a wide range of wet process applications.
